The MHRD IP Chair at the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Intellectual Property and Technology Law Society (IPTLS) & Spicy IP are organizing the First PIP (Pondering Intellectual Property) Essay Competition, 2012.
Topic: Should the process of creating an invention or work determine its protectability as an intellectual property?
Deadline: October 1, 2012.
Prizes:
First: 25,000 ($500)
Second: 12,500 ($250)
Third: 7,500 ($150)
The winning entry will be eligible for publication at the NUJS Law Review.
