How will AIBE Advanced help me in clearing the AIBE?

I heard that 4 new subjects were added to the AIBE syllabus. Are these new subjects included in AIBE Advanced?

Yes, you heard correct – Public Interest Litigation, Taxation, Land Acquisition Act and Intellectual Property Laws were added in the latest AIBE syllabus. Apart from this, four subjects – Public International Law, Limitation Act, Corporate Social Responsibility and Jurisprudence were removed from the syllabus. Do not worry, all these revisions and inclusions have been fully incorporated in AIBE Advanced!

I do not have much time to prepare for the AIBE. What should I do?

Then this is exactly what you need. AIBE Advanced is sort of a crash course which will help you ace the AIBE. Most of our material comes in Easy Access Format [EAF] and can be printed and taken to the examination centre. Thus, even if you sign-up one or two days before the AIBE, you still should be able to pass the AIBE with the help of our material.

Isn’t the course fees a bit too steep?

Well, blame the inflation! We have tried to keep our fees as economical as we could. Also, please note that our fees is very competitive and is less than the amount it takes to register for the All India Bar Examination.

How hard is the AIBE? Do I need to buy any preparatory course to clear it?

The AIBE is moderately difficult because of its vast syllabus and time constraint. Approximately every one in three candidates fails the AIBE.  The syllabus for the exam too was recently changed and 4 new subjects were added. Our advice to you is to sign-up for a preparatory course [preferably AIBE Advanced] so as to ensure your success in the exam.

Isn’t AIBE an ‘open book exam’? How hard can an open book exam be?

Yes, AIBE is an ‘open book exam’, and trust us [or those 36,000 plus Advocates who failed the AIBE]  even an ‘open book exam’ can be very hard to qualify. Most Advocates during the AIBE futilely waste their precious 3 hours consulting books and Bare Acts trying to find the right answer for the questions and are thus left with very little time and many un-attempted questions. The trick to clear an open book exam is to carry relevant and heavily indexed material. Prior knowledge of the subject helps too.

When and where will I be able to access the material?

AIBE Advanced is hosted on our state-of-the-art Online Learning Management System. Login details for the same will be e-mailed to you within 12 to 36 hours after you sign up for the course.

For how long will I be able to access the material?

AIBE Advanced and its content can be accessed till June 30, 2018. Subsequent to this AIBE Advanced’s course portal will become inaccessible.
