Centre for Advanced Studies in Criminal Law [CASCL], Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law [RGNUL], Punjab is organizing the Surana and Surana National Essay Writing Competition 2013.
Theme: Death Penalty: Contemporary Issues

Abstract: 200 words
Essay: 2,000 words

First Prize: 25,000/- [KTS Tulsi Award]
