The Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian Law College, Bengaluru is organizing ‘Prudentia Conscientia Ingenium Occursus 2013′ from 8th to 10th February, 2013.
The essence of this meet is to provide law students with a unique platform to showcase their prudentia i.e., wisdom; conscientia i.e., knowledge; and ingenium i.e., talent through a moot court competition and legal quiz.
Moot Court Competition:
• Students pursuing Law [3/5 years] are eligible for this competition.
• A team must consist of 3 members [2 speakers and 1 researcher]
• Only one team per law school/institution can participate.
• Limited slots. Competition will be limited to the first 16 teams to register.
Registration Fee: Rs. 1000/- per team [Includes accommodation]
Deadlines:
Registration: December 31, 2012
Submission of Memorandum: January 20, 2013
Awards:
Winning Team: Cash prize, Winner’s Trophy and the Ever Rolling Trophy.
Runner-up: Cash prize and Runner’s Trophy.
Best Memorandum, Best Researcher,
Best Student Advocate – Male and female: Cash prize and Trophy.
Legal Quiz:
Moot court participants can also take part in a written legal quiz which will be conducted on February 9th.
