1. Challenges for Bilateral Investment Treaties and issues related to investment arbitration

2. Judicial Intervention in Arbitral process: Analysis post BALCO v Kaiser Aluminium judgement

3. Enforcement and Recognition of International Arbitral Awards in India: Issues and Challenges

4. International Arbitration Tribunals in India: Future Opportunities and Challenges

Word Limit:

Abstract: 300 Words

Paper: 5,000 Words

Co-authorship upto two authors is permitted.

Registration Fee: Rs. 300/-

Registration & Submission Deadline: April 25, 2014

First Prize: Rs. 7,000/-

Second Prize: Rs. 5,000/-

Third Prize: Rs. 3,000/-

Best Paper: First prize winner’s paper from each topic will be considered for publication in the upcoming journal of Centre for ADR, Institute of Law, Nirma University and may be invited to present their paper in a Symposium which shall tentatively be organised in the first/second week of May..
